Hi I'm Ann! I'm a junior at Tulane university and have been taking care of kids through my church since middle school. I have many years of experience as a childcare provider, I'm passionate about supporting families and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. On the job, communication is key! I keep parents informed about their child's day. Whether it's through verbal updates at pickup, regular text messages, or phone calls, I adapt to the preferred communication method of each family. I also believe in fostering a positive and nurturing environment for children. I strive to find a balance between structure and flexibility, ensuring that children feel safe and respected while also having the opportunity to explore and learn.
