About Ann

I have over 30 years experience teaching, coaching and tutoring children. I have raised two beautiful children who have now gone on to attend college. I am a very loving, creative and patient teacher and I put lot of personal care into tutoring my students. I believe empowering students to learn by finding methods that work with a particular student. Students are more likely to learn if they feel confident in their abilities. I currently run my own business teaching children and adults in riding horses. My emphasis is teaching life skills through horsemanship emphasizing responsibility, determination, patience, empathy and courage. Before this I was a middle school teacher with the DoDDS in South Korea teaching all subjects.
