Hi, I'm Ann Marie. I've had six animals in my lifetime. The most, two at once. Right now I have an 8-year-old orange cat named Mike and I have a 3-year-old black labradore pointer named Kayla. I have no human children. I give my pets pretty names like Mike and Kayla cause they are my babies and I consider pets to be family. I have worked with children, developmentally disabled people, Seniors and now I've always wanted to make pets a "second or third act" as well. When working for senior agencies I was only to care for the client and not their pet but would picture myself doing it and knew in my mind how to care and anticipate the animal's needs. I also love the mental health benefits that being around an animal can give. Also, I believe that my greatest strength's are my personality and patience.
