About Ann Marie

Some of the skills a possessed as a caretaker includes Coping skills- being able to talk to someone about worries and concerns; knowing my limits and setting limits. Making time for fun Problem solving- The ability to think critically and solve problems. Compassion- Being able to translate empathy into action, and to want to relieve suffering. Being a caregiver one must be able to have a cheerful attitude, a caring nature, a positive outlook on life interpersonal skills and of course confidence in yourself and your abilities. I like caring for seniors because it offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives. Caring for others brings a sense of fulfillment and purpose, allowing me to support individuals in their daily activities and enhance their quality of life. Additionally, I value the chance to build relationships, provide companionship, and contribute to a nurturing environment.
