About Annika

Hello, my name is Annika! I am a graduate of Wright State University. I absolutely adore children, and I am passionate about helping parents in their journey of raising kind, confident, and responsible children. I have been a Nanny for 6 years; I have worked with many families with differing needs, ages of children, and number of children (including triplets). For 3 years, I worked for The Little Gym franchise as an Instructor in two locations - Columbus and Dayton. The Little Gym is a children's enrichment studio that teaches physical, cognitive, and social skills primarily through gymnastics and dance. In my time as a nanny and gymnastics coach, I have taught children ages 4months-12years, and I am very comfortable taking care of children of all ages. I am a bubbly, energetic, supportive, and educated caretaker, which is well-represented through my use and incorporation of Positive Discipline Practices.
