About Annika

Hi, my name is Annika and I have been babysitting for 5 years. I have experience caring for mostly younger children, but I am open to any age, and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while still being a friendly face. My creative and imaginative personality helps me engage children and make learning fun. I believe in learning through play and I love engaging with kids in fun activities. I'm also an experienced swimmer and would love to supervise children swimming, and help them improve. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I'm happy to provide regular updates on your child's day or address any issues that arise. I'm flexible and can follow your preferred communication method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. I am a Child Development major at Chico State, I have some college coursework in early child development and some internship experience in the preschool classroom.
