Annie took care of our daughter (who is now 13 months old) full-time during the workweek from September through February (6 months) this past year. It is very apparent that Annie has significant experience looking after young children. It was also clear to us that she cared deeply about our child — they developed a very sweet bond. Annie was always punctual and came to work with a smile on her face. She is trustworthy and a very pleasant person. She encouraged S. to explore and helped foster her curiosity. We miss Annie but have continued to stay in touch and will work with her on weekends as needed if she has capacity.
