About Annie

Starting at age 13, I have worked at St. Marks Nursery in Geneva. I help with anything from creating Sunday school activities to keeping the nursery clean for the little ones. At 14, I begun volunteering as a counselor at Van Buren Youth Camp in Michigan, logging over 600 hours each year since then. During these camp weeks I am responsible for 8 kids of my own, ages ranging anywhere from 5-15, on top of the other 150 there, so I'm no rookie when it comes to multitasking! On top of these 5 years of experience in childcare, I have begun an internship in the social work field, specifically dealing with early childhood, I am truly passionate when it comes to advocating and caring for the future of our world. I have worked many other jobs as well in the food service industry, so I can help with Light Housekeeping and Cooking when necessary. I also pride myself on being a safe and aware driver. I'll keep the kids entertained, the messes manageable, and the fun at a maximum!
