Despite making the reservation 24 hours in advance and providing my contact information, the babysitter failed to show up. There was no communication whatsoever—no text, no call, and certainly no courtesy to inform me of any issues. As a result, I had to sacrifice an entire workday, which is significantly more expensive than the childcare service itself. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I expect better from a service that claims to prioritize reliability and customer satisfaction.
