Hi! I feel I exhibit a lot of patience with children. I learned while raising my oldest that that made a huge difference in our relationship. I also am very conscious of helping children learn, whether it's talking back & forth with a baby (serve & return) or more planned out, as in phonics lesson plans. Helping/ seeing them learn can be very rewarding to me & learning can boost their confidence & happiness! I feel it also helps create/ strengthen the teacher (caregiver)/ student (child) relationship. I have lots of experience with children in various school settings and have seen a lot of success!
