Hi, My name is Anne, and I am deeply qualified to work with individuals with special needs, combining extensive professional experience and personal dedication. As a Certified CPR and Nursing Assistant (CNA), I've worked in both the long-term care and behavioral health departments of a hospital, where I supported individuals with a variety of physical, mental, and developmental challenges. Additionally, I have hands-on experience working with foster children, many of whom came from difficult backgrounds and had behavioral and emotional issues. This experience taught me how to provide compassionate care while managing complex needs. I'm also certified in CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, enabling me to de-escalate difficult situations with patience and respect.
