About Anne

Hi, my name is Annie and I am a fun, dedicated and creative person who loves to help young people achieve their potential. I have recently moved back to the United States after living and working abroad as a teacher for eight years in many different settings. I have taught students from as young as two up to adult as a private tutor and I have spent the previous three years teaching grades 1-4 at international elementary school in Vietnam. Before this, I worked in Spain as part of the bilingual program, helping high-school students with science, maths and even history in two languages. I have nieces and nephews who have helped me gain a lot of experience in babysitting as we drive around on adventures and make fun crafts. I am a fluent Spanish speaker, and a Biology graduate so I love to bring my love of science and languages into my teaching as much as I can (My Vietnamese is just okay). I also swam and played soccer competitively and love being active and outside in nature!
