About Anne

I believe that all people should be treated with respect and dignity and I have many years of senior care within my own family and one year of paid experience. As someone who has been a caregiver for family members, I understand the importance of compassion and assisting while also supporting my client/loved one to be as independent and autonomous as possible. I am very comfortable with meal preparation (and can adapt to any specific dietary needs), medication management, helping with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, errands, transportation for my clients to doctors appointments or just to get out of the house. I am CPR and First Aid certified and can help lift clients into/out of bed or mobility devices. I am curious, patient and love to get to know my clients on a personal level. I am an excellent companion who loves board games, movies, gardening, going out into the community and I am a great listener.
