Anne is working in a large team, which I am currently supervising. She is an excellent, reliable and detailed-oriented caregiver. Anne handled Hoyer lift, medications, taking vitals (O2, BP, Temp.), wound care, breakfast and lunch preparations including making pancakes, omelets, etc., helped in the household. She is a great team player, has a great work ethic and attitude and is very intelligent. The client she is taking care of has Parkinson’s, Parkinson’s induced dementia, heart failure, edema, limited mobility and a lot of skin problems. Anne has learned all the client’s medications, regarding what they are for. She has been taking care of the client in the hospital setting as well whenever the client has had emergency visits and long stays in the hospital.
