About Annelise

Hi, I'm Annelise! I have experience babysitting kids ages 1-8, and am CPR and first aid certified. I was a lifeguard for 2 years so I have experience dealing with a large range of ages. In high school I was the head drum major in marching band, a member of National Honors Society, and have attended several leadership camps for both marching band and medicine. In the fall I will be attending college for kinesiology (pre-physical therapy). I'm excited to meet your family! I started working with kids when my mom nannied 2 young kids when I was about 12. This is when I learned how to change a diaper, give a bottle, and calm a crying baby down. Getting to figure out what makes each individual kid thrive is so special to me. From there I picked up a couple small babysitting jobs, and then I started my work as a lifeguard. I love to plan fun activities, and I absolutely love kids! Creating a fun, safe, and educational environment is so important to me.
