I am actually Nonbinary, but no category for that on this app. I started babysitting at about age 14, so I have 30 years experience. I raised my own child alone, who is now an adult. I am certified as a doula, childbirth educator, and lactation educator. While starting my own business in birth work, I continue to do gig work and will always do childcare because I love kids. I'm pretty fun to be around myself. Most kids like me because I speak to them like adults, show them respect, and recognize their individuality. I teach kids how to do things for themselves. I balance patience for age levels with boundaries. I am open minded to a variety of parenting philosophies, and can adapt to different situations, religions, and values. All I ask is that you communicate. Including a response to a job offer if you ARE or are NOT going to hire me. I keep getting job offers with no responses. It is odd and disrespectful. I understand looking at multiple candidates, but let us know please.
