I have a preschool teacher for several years and have had children with special needs in the classroom. I have had several friends who have special needs children who have had problems with finding schools or other places they send their children to and find that the teachers give up or don't want to deal with their children. You always wonder if that was the teacher's child in their care, would they want their child treated in that way? I have four children of my own and we have to work and deal with them all so differently. No two children are the same and should not be treated as such.
