About Anne

Hi! My name is Anne! I have a combined 30 months of experience working with children. I have worked at the state and federal level, as well as completed an internship at MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital. I recently graduated with a BS in sociology and a minor in medical humanities. I have worked with children aged infant to preteens, but primarily worked with school aged children, 4-12. At the state level, I worked for a South Carolina Public School. At the federal level, I worked for the Navy Child and Youth Program. Most recently I was a contracted Yoga Teacher for three Head Start Schools in my college town. I love working with children to aid in their development and encourage meaningful connections to their peers, siblings, and adults in their life by use of compassionate care, empathetic listening, and understanding emotion. I would love to put my years of work experience to good use and use all my combined skills to help others.
