About Anne

Hi my name is Anne! I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Communications, dedicating 28 of my 32 elective credit hours to Elementary Education and Human Development and Family Studies courses. I have spent numerous summers as a teacher's assistant for the Montessori Academy of Virginia, as well as holding position as the Children's Activity's Director in my community's country club. On top of the summer jobs I worked while my time off from school, I serve as a on-call babysitter, watching children ages 1-13 years, helping with light house keeping, pet sitting, transportation, etc. I have volunteered numerous summer's coaching for my church's children's sports camp. I spent my last year of college interning for a nonprofit, Parents for Public Schools, working to better the public school system in our area and learning about the school system. I am energetic, positive, and love to be kept busy! I have my own source of transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean record!
