We hired Ann to care for my 2 girls, ages 6 and 4. My 4 year old has severe epilepsy and is non verbal. Ann pays close to attention to detail regarding all of my 4 year old's needs and is prepared for a medical emergency should one arise. My husband and I feel very comfortable leaving our girls in her care, and my girls love having Ann at the house. Win-win.
