I believe in open and transparent communication with parents, ensuring that they're regularly updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. I adapt to the preferred communication method of each family, whether it's verbal communication during pickup or regular updates via text or phone calls. While I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, I believe in doing so in a gentle and understanding manner, fostering a positive and respectful environment for both children and myself.
