Hi! I am looking for a full time nanny job. I've been babysitting for 8 years and I've been working professionally in childcare organizations for about three years. I spent the last year or so nannying and loved it! Now I work in a 2-12-year-old childcare center. I have experience working with infants to 12-year-olds, from one to 50 kids at a time. I absolutely love working with kids-- watching them grow and learn while keeping them safe and entertained makes me excited to go to work! I've been told I have a way with kids who have trouble opening up or experience ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I've made meaningful connections with a lot of those kiddos through patience, empathy, and using my own experience to guide my interactions with them. I make an effort to try and communicate with both the kids and the parents to learn their personal ideas on how to safely help them be happy and healthy.
