Anna was on time, friendly, and super easy to talk with. She jumped right in to meet our kids. When I returned she updated me on my toddler's large tantrum, which definitely happens from time to time. Sorry Anna! She dealt with it calmly, firmly, and most importantly kept my tantrum toddler safe. While that can be very nerve wracking, especially when you're new to a family, she handled it well. I appreciated the fact that she did not call me in the moment, that she did a great job handling the situation, and also let me know when I got back. After all that, both of my kids had nice things to say about her, even the tantrum toddler. If we didn't scare her off, we'd love to hire her again.
