About Anna

Hello! My name is Anna, and I am a first year law student at Maine Law in Portland. I am looking for babysitting jobs to provide some income while I am attending law school, and I have extensive experience with a range of childcare situations. I began babysitting at 13, and did so all throughout high school and college. I have been a nanny 3 times, and was an au pair in Italy. Additionally I provided nursery care for my church for several years, often caring for up to 7 children at a time. Finally, for the past 3 years I worked as a behavioral interventionist with self-harming and aggressive children, managing extreme behaviors and teaching children coping skills to deal with their triggers at home. I have always loved babysitting, and getting to know each family I work with, and I am excited to get back to this job that I love so much while I am working toward my JD! My skills include active listening and validation, imaginative play, and holding limits when necessary.
