About Anna

Hi! My name is Anna, and I recently graduated with a master's degree in biology. I'm currently applying to medical school and hope to begin next fall. I have seven years of tutoring experience with students of various ages. During my master's program, I worked as a teaching assistant for three different college courses, leading classes of up to 80 students. In this role, I helped with exam preparation, graded assignments, and worked closely with the professor to improve class materials. I also managed instructional assistants by assigning tasks like distributing assignments and taking attendance, while encouraging them to engage with students. Additionally, I led classroom activities and held office hours to support students with any questions. My schedule is flexible, and I'm available to assist children with their schoolwork. A couple of fun facts about me: I love playing volleyball, and I was a ballerina for 10 years!
