About Anna

Hi, I'm Anna! I'm 22 and a student at Concordia College in Moorhead. This summer I'll be living on Cedar Lake outside of Aitkin, with my grandparents at their cabin. The past four summers I have worked at a summer camp in the Beartooth Absaroka Mountains in Montana. I have a lot of valuable experience from the different roles that I filled there. I am most experienced as a camp counselor, being the primary care taker of kids from ages 7-17, for up to a week. Some of the programming was on site at the camp, while other weeks my job was to be a backpack guide, leading groups of kids through the back country wilderness. It's because of these cool experiences that I am well versed in wilderness first aid training, and I am CPR certified. In addition, I also have a lot of experience cooking from my time as Head Cook at the camp. As well as lots of experience with cleaning and caregiving from my experience working as a Direct Support Professional for adults with developmental disabilities.
