I love working with kids and I've been taking care of them my whole life. From my four younger siblings to kids in my neighborhood, I've gained a lot of experience in caregiving. More recently, I worked as a teaching assistant at the University of Michigan North Campus Children's Center, where I was responsible for ensuring positive social and physical development of children ages 3 months to 5 years. Overall, I've cared for kids ranging from newborns to 14 years old, and I've cared for anywhere from one to 12 kids at a time.

Anna has a long way to go in improving her intrapersonal communication skills. You might think, “wow! A UofM grad going into med school- she’s going to be great!” But if you’re me, you’ll get a below average babysitter who is late without texting; who misleads you about how she spends her time with your kids, who doesn’t respond to text message inquiries, and who will feel entitled to a raise she didn’t earn. She won’t resolve conflict, she’ll just quit. “Thanks for understanding.” Good riddance
