Home health care experience: ensure medication is taken, accompany to medical appts, companion during infusions/treatments, schedule appts, transferring from car to wheelchair, assisting with showers, preparing meals, providing companionship and support. I am experienced with breath work and meditation. I am available all hours (even last minute needs) and can accompany to medical appts, provide companionship, help with meals/meal prep, scheduling, creative and fun activities as well.

Anna has been a wonderful caregiver for me. She helps me several mornings a week while I’m on vacation in San Diego. Always prompt, friendly, compassionate, and agreeable, Anna has good insight and notices when something needs attention. She jumps right in and accomplishes whatever needs to be done. She helps me shower, get dressed, perform medical needs, stretching exercises, prepare breakfast, laundry, tidying up… most anything that I need she cheerfully assists me. I am so very grateful to have found Anna. She is exactly the type of Aide I was looking for.
