About Annalise

Hi my name is Annalise, and I want to be the caregiver that supports your family and helps your children thrive. With over four years of experience caring for children of all ages, I have a passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where your little ones can learn, grow, and have fun. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children on their level and engage them in various activities that foster their development. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, providing daily written reports and having verbal conversations during pickup to ensure everyone is on the same page. My experience: 1 1/2 years as a daycare teacher age range infant to Pre-k 6+ months as a daycare director 8 months as a paraprofessional for kids with autism and behavioral issues 6 months as an in home care for special needs
