My Grandma, who is 97 years old was my second Mom, she helped my parents to raise me and my siblings. I loved spending time with her, listening to her stories, just being around her. She is very independent, lives by herself, but I know that some families don't have such a comfort with their elderly. That's when hiring a professional caregiver like me becomes necessary. I have been working with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's patients, helped with PT and OT, changed dressings after surgeries. My responsibilities were caring for everyday needs, driving to doctor's appointments, housekeeping, shopping, cooking, and being the companion, someone to talk to, or watch the favorite TV show. I am comfortable with animals. I love to read, watch movies and meet new people. I'm not afraid of challenges and I am a fast learner. I'm a very positive person, in my eyes "the glass is always half way full". I'm honest, reliable, responsible and respectful. I understand challenges of my job and I treat people that I care for as my own family. I have a valid driver's license and clear driving record, I am also familiar with driving handicap accessible van.

Anna cared for both of my elderly parents as a live in caregiver. She is a hard worker, compassionate, intelligent and competent. She remained with my parents until my mom lost all mobility; forcing us to find skilled assisted living for mom & dad. Before that, Anna assisted them with bathing, dressing, prepared meals, applied dressing changes, drove them to doctor appointments in their mobility van. She did their shopping, laundry and cleaned. She was a God send to our family. Having Anna allowed my parents to have another year in their own home. She is a wonderful, down to earth woman. It is a privileged to recommend her to you.
