About Anna

Hi! I am currently a college student at the University of Pittsburgh majoring in English Education with a minor in Special Education, but plan to be living in Falls Church, VA this summer. I'm passionate about supporting families by providing a safe and nurturing environment for their children to grow. I have three years of experience caring for children of various ages under my belt (through teaching swim, aiding classrooms, and nannying). And my patient, kind, and fun personality allows me to easily connect with children and build trusting relationships. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and entirely respect their own parenting choices. This is also applicable to household rules, to ensure consistency for the children. I love getting to enrich kids' playtime by incorporating a bit of educational foundations if possible and definitely getting outside for fresh air! I am comfortable caring for two children at a time ages anywhere between 2-12 and above!
