About Anna

Hello all. I'm a private Nanny with 21 years of professional experience and 7 years of teaching experience. My childcare philosophy is to facilitate a safe, consistent and loving environment where children feel supported and can express their natural curiosity to explore the world around them. I believe in supervised, free-range/child-directed play, getting outdoors every single day, and providing experiences that encourage independence, self-confidence and awareness of self and others. I have extensive experience working with all ages from newborn through sixth graders, household/family assistance and cooking. I've also taught preschool classes and children's cooking classes, coached team sports and lead outdoor playgroups.
