About Anna

My name is Anna and I have been a caregiver for over 8 years. I was born in Poland and speak fluent Polish, English, Spanish and German. I was initially trained at the highly accredited center in Colorado. I love working with seniors because they are in need of care and comfort. I find it very rewarding to alleviate their discomfort and to provide the loving assistance they need. I seek ways to alleviate their pain and discomfort in the most natural and comfortable way possible. I am well versed in healthy diets, helpful exercise, massage therapy and other helpful methods. I understand the importance of a cheerful attitude and positive perspective. I am available during days, evenings and weekends, and will be happy to provide references upon request.
