I cannot say enough amazing things about Anna. She is so caring and knowledgeable. She has a gentle, yet confident approach that was exactly what I needed as a somewhat nervous first time mama. The earliest days when we brought our daughter home as a preemie with jaundice were fairly overwhelming. Anna’s calm and warm demeanor always put me at ease - we knew our tiny daughter was in expert hands and looked forward to her arrival. Thanks to Anna, my husband and I were remarkably rested new parents. In the early days, Anna would bring our daughter in to our room to nurse up to 3 times during the night - then return to the nursery for diaper changes, top off bottle, and any extra snuggles she needed. She helped us sleep train and set us up for so many early successes. Anna also offered super helpful tips as she gently supported our daughter’s development and our family’s journey. Our little one smiles when she sees Anna and we know she feels safe and loved. Anna is a great communicator and flexible around our slightly hectic schedule. Anna is like family and I can’t imagine not having had her support for our daughter’s first three months.
