Hello! I have worked as a camp counselor and babysitter throughout the majority of my high school, college, and graduate school experience, also serving as a supervisor at HoneyRock, Wheaton College's Outdoor Center for Leadership Development. This position involved supporting counselors as they led their cabins. I stepped in when particular campers needed extra support and care regarding homesickness or other needs. I am CPR and Red Cross Water Safety certified. I love seeing the unique ways children look at the world, and I cherish the opportunity to walk alongside families as they strive to life life to the fullest! Some of my favorite ways to engage with children are inventing imaginative games, doing crafts, and making music. My first nanny job was for a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old. I am also trained as a doula, and I have experience with babies.

Anna nannied for our two kids (1.5 and 3.5) two days a week. She was the first non-family caregiver we trusted to care for them. Our 1.5yo had a hard time at first with the transition but Anna was wonderful in finding ways to comfort and guide him through it. She is patient, easy-going, creative and fun. She kept them engaged in different activities and brought them to the museum, library and park almost every day. We knew that the time she spent with them she was 100% dedicated. We were sad to say goodbye as she heads off to school in another state. She made a beautiful memory book filled with pictures and memories of their time together that she gave them on her last day with them. Something they'll cherish forever.
