Anna's communications was very good before our meet and greet. She came to the house to meet the dogs. She appeared to be comfortable. We sent an email through Care.com asking her to dog sit for us, but she never replied. We sent a second message directly to her phone and again no reply. Although she presented herself well in the interview and during our meet and greet, we're disappointed she didn't follow through. She was our first choice in candidates, but a "no show". How sad.
