I was a nanny for an adult female with Asperger who was cognitively around the age of 5. She couldn't walk so I helped her navigate her chair. I assisted her with meals, and transporting her to volunteer work, going to the zoo, and sometimes movies just for fun. She taught me a lot about myself and it was one of the most rewarding experiences I've had.
