About Anna

Hi! I'm Anna. Some things that I love are anything artistic, cooking and food, and piano. I've babysat since 2013 but in high school I was a nanny every summer for the same family. They are dear to me! I also was an au pair in Germany and had the most incredible experience. I always geek out when people ask me about it! What to expect from me as your children's caregiver? I have a few principles that guide me. I believe in cultivating confidence in children by allowing them to take safe risks. I also believe in child-led creative play (depending on the age, of course). Children are more creative than we give them credit for. Activities led by me would obviously be implemented (I love field trips to places like parks, the zoo, or museums!) but letting the child take the lead and explore their interests is something that I believe grows the child into an independent problem solver. Lastly, I believe in healthy choices when it comes to food. Health is something that I prioritize.
