We had the pleasure of working with Anna, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She is everything you could hope for in a nanny—reliable, compassionate, skilled, and incredibly tuned in to the emotional and developmental needs of children. Her background in trauma-informed care has made a world of difference for our unique blended foster/adoptive family. She approaches every interaction with calm and empathy, helping our kids feel safe, understood, and respected. She practices both gentle and conscious parenting, which means she communicates with kindness, sets healthy boundaries, and truly listens to the children in her care. She is CPR certified, which gave us great peace of mind, but what sets her apart most is how relational she is.
