I was super excited to meet Anna. Unfortunately the first interview needed to be rescheduled by her last minute. On the second interview she confirmed the time and then was late, didn’t communicate, and then I never heard from her again. As a business owner who manages many employees, first impressions are everything and while I can give grace when things happen- this is a no go for me
