As a nurturing caregiver with three years of experience & also 2 yrs of experience being a RBT (registered behavioral technician), I find great joy in supporting families and making a positive impact on the lives of children. My passion for childcare stems from my previous babysitting roles. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children effortlessly. I believe in fostering a creative and imaginative atmosphere, where children can explore, learn, and grow. I prioritize clear and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates and ensuring their preferred communication method is respected. Enforcing household rules comes naturally to me, and I am comfortable setting boundaries to ensure the well-being of the children in my care. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a wide range of games that cater to different interests and promote learning.
