As a nurturing caregiver with a decade of experience, I am passionate about fostering the growth and development of young minds. My patient and friendly nature creates a welcoming environment for children, and I am comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure their safety and well-being. I believe in open communication and follow the parents' preferred method. My educational background, including a master's degree in social work and coursework in Early Child Development, equips me with the knowledge and skills to provide a stimulating and enriching environment for children. In addition to education, my experience working with children and families , including children in foster care, has allowed me to work with children of all backgrounds.
