I received a text right before Anita was due to clean, saying she had been in a car accident. It seemed as tho she wanted to reschedule but gradually my texts went unanswered, both by her and her partner. I've been left hanging without a housekeeper for practically a month because I was led to believe she still wanted the job. My last 3 texts have not been answered. So hired, but she has never cleaned here. Very unprofessional way to end a job that was booked. Zero stars
