I am a mother of 5, a Nana of 10 and a great Nana of 1. My youngest married in 2020 and are trying to add to Nana for #11. While my children were growing up I owned an in home daycare called " There's No Place Like Home" so I could be with our children. As it turned out, my daycare became so popular I ran it M - F 5:30 a.m. to 1130 p.m. with employees plus myself. Conway factories ran1st, 2nd and graveyard shifts, so I always had a waiting list. While the children were in my care, I treated them as if they were mine, I bathed fed, rocked and nursed them, washed their clothing, car seats, diaper bags etc as needed ( a lot of the parents were young, single, inexperienced). I kept extra car seats, clothes, diapers, Tylenol, ora-gel, formulas, baby food, extra bottles, blankets, walkers, pack n plays, bouncers, toys, we had craft time, explore time, snack time, meals, nap time, movie time, tummy time. And I met all DHS guidelines always.
