Education and learning has always been a great passion of mine, and I like to share that passion with the kids I work with. My mother is a math specialist, so education is in my DNA as well as my work history. My primary field is art, but I am also great with humanities, math, and some levels of science, as well as proficiency in French. I have experience teaching children with a wide variety of needs, including dyslexia, dyscalculia, autism, ADHD, and motor control difficulties. My goal in teaching is not only to help my students learn, but to make it personal enough that they are both self-motivated and interested in exploring on their own outside of sessions.
