About Angie

Hey I'm Angie, my personality can be described as creative, energetic, and resilient. I find joy in working with children, appreciating their genuine perspectives on life. I've been working with children since I was 16 where I dedicated my time off to volunteering at a library. I helped kids with their homework, I later took on babysitting a kid for a couple of years. These experiences laid the foundation for my passion working with kids. In college I began teaching music to kids at my local church, organized summer camps, and other activities where I had multiple kids under my care. I also bring practical skills to the table. I am bilingual, English/Spanish. I can drive have a reliable car. I love for animals and can help with feeding and walking if needed. I love the opportunity to impart knowledge and skills but also the chance to learn from their authentic outlooks on life. I recall the impact of the person who took care of me growing up. Now, I aspire to be that to others.
