Angie is a quiet person. But she went above & beyond for my father--she didn't just bring his breakfast tray, but prepared the cereal and hot cocoa! (My father actually prefers cold cocoa.) My dad said there may have been a communication barrier...the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. (But my dad's hearing isn't what it was a few years back.)
