I'd describe my personality as- compassionate, empathetic, trustworthy I like caring for seniors because .. I have worked in Primary Care since 1997, w/ a focus in Geriatric Care. I am able to connect w/them, make them feel heard & their needs are met with kindness & understanding. I'm looking for a job that - allows me to utilize my medical background, show compassion, the ability to build a trustworthy relationship I started caring for seniors when - I worked for a primary care provider/18 years. I began private Senior Care until I started a FT position at HMH. I continued senior care on weekends. In my spare time, I like to - spending time with my 2 daughters, my family, my cat. One thing you should know about me is -I have worked with a lot of sick & end of life, most challenging has been dementia u have to be patient w/urself to understand that most of all that is what they need. My skills include -to be present in the moment, emotional awareness & selflessness.
