I find joy in working with kids because it has been a natural part of my life. I've took care for my two little sisters since their birth, and witnessing children develop and grow rapidly, learning from the things I teach them, is incredibly amazing. I'm looking for a job where parents feel comfortable entrusting me with the care of their child. A place where clear rules and performance expectations are set, providing a safe and trustworthy environment. I began working with kids 4 years ago when I took care of two little girls. Time has passed, but they still ask their mom to call me and say hi. Effective communication with children is essential for establishing good behavior, rules, and understanding. Patience is particularly necessary when kids may lose track or struggle to express their feelings, leading to moments of frustration. Lastly, creativity is vital for keeping them engaged and focused on activities, contributing for a positive environment.
