interviewed this candidate over the phone. set up a subsequent appointment for her to meet my child and interview live. Not only did she not show up. She didn't have the decency to call or text. She never responded to my follow-up calls or texts to check to see if she was okay. I would not have someone this inconsiderate and reliable overseeing my child. Don't waste your time.
